Thank you to the fine folks at R&R Motorsports in Benton, IL for having us out to finish up the work around the base of their newest shop, along with the driveway leading in. This was Redd’s first ‘official’ job, so we can’t thank them enough for trusting us to show up, and do things right in an efficient manor.
I’ll let the photos below speak for themselves, but we’re very happy with how this shaped up. The work done is as follows…
- Hauled in 30 tons of top soil, and 140 tons of CA6 gravel
- Laid landscaping pavers that the customer had on hand to give the inside edge of the drive a nice clean finish
- Back-filled top soil up to the base of the barn metal covering to protect the outer edge of the concrete, and pad below
- Spread gravel 6″ thick to establish the drive leading into the two main shop bay doors
- Spread gravel on and around an existing drive into the side bay to give it a better finish around the base of the shop
- Laid drainage culverts to manage the runoff that would have otherwise been trapped in-between the two driveways, keeping the lawn around their willow free of standing water.
- Seeded, fertilized, and strawed all exposed top soil, giving the job site a nice clean finish
